Guo Ping He (Tim He) has been in business development for over 30 years. He first began his career in China where he established a successful family business in 1985, Fuqing Donghua Frozen Seafood Company in the province of Fujian. In 1998, Mr. He moved to Argentina and developed businesses that included restaurants, supermarkets, and real estate developments. In 2003 Mr. He sold his businesses and returned to China. With the rapid development of China's real estate market in 2004, he engaged in real estate development in Chongqing, China, partnering with Guangdong Anhua Meibo Group, and established the company Zhongbo Real Estate Development Co., developing over 80 acres of land and building 6 million square feet of residential and commercial space.
