Residential and Commercial Fees

For Residential tenants, you have until January 31st to make a payment. Any payment after January 31st will be late and will have a $4 charge per day until payment is received.

For Commercial tenants, payment is due the 1st of each month, there is a grace period until the 10th of the month. Any payment after the 10th of the month will be late and will have a $4 charge per day until payment is received.
